Once in a while a buyer may encounter this error message when attempting to complete their checkout - 


If you experience this error message, it means that the seller that you are trying to purchase an item from hasn't gone through the necessary onboarding with PayPal to use our Direct Checkout. 


The good news is that this is an easy fix.  You can either contact the seller and tell them or tell us (in order to expedite this process let us know the seller's username). We will then reach out to the seller to ensure they complete the setup process with PayPal.
