As a buyer on hobbyDB, you have a few different options for both purchasing and paying for an item.
Sellers on a hobbyDB marketplace can list items for sale with either a set price or best offer.
- Set price - the price you see is the price you pay.
- Best offer - place an offer and wait for the reply from the seller. If your offer price is accepted, you can checkout like a normal order.
Check out our best offer article for more details on our Best Offer feature.
We have two main payment methods once you've chosen your item(s) and proceeded with checking out.
- PayPal - if you're familiar with paying via PayPal, you'll feel right at home. With just a few easy clicks, you can have the order placed and the item on its way!
- Credit/Debit Card - this transaction will also be handled via PayPal, but not to worry, you don't have to create a PayPal account. Your card will be charged the same as it would in any other instance.
