hobbyDB’s mission is to document every single collectible ever made. That means that you’ll be able to find everything from diecast cars to action figures, to comic books and corkscrews. It's a lot, we know, but not to worry! Because our database captures all of the important details, finding what you're looking for is a breeze.
We've built 4 ways to find what you're looking for using search:
- Simple Search
Not exactly sure what you’re looking for? Just type any keyword into the white search box at the top of the page and click search. Your results will reveal any items that are related to your keyword. If you would like to really narrow down your focus, you can use the handy search filters found on the left side of your screen to search for an item by its various characteristics. First pick the collectible item type that you are looking for, like “Model Cars” or “Comics”. Then you will be redirected to a page that lists your specific collectible type and additional custom filters found on the left side of your screen.
- Exclusive Search
Use the exclusions field to omit certain keywords from your search results. For example, if you wanted to look at Porsches, but don’t want to be bothered with those pesky Cayennes, then you can put a minus (-) in front of keywords you want to leave out of the search to browse through everything Porsche except for Cayennes. Your search should look like this “Porsche -Cayenne”.
- Exact Search
Find exactly what you’re looking for with an exact search. All you have to do is put quotes around the specific item you would like to see your results should yield any item with those exact keywords in its name. Your search should look like this “Gray Imperial Lotus Dragon Dunny”.
- Filter Search
